Complaints Portal will Be Launched for Freelancer

In order to prevent freelancers' salary cut, North Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department intends to make a complaints portal.

"I don't want such case happen again. Therefore, I will make complaints portal special for freelancers in North Jakarta," said Head of North Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department, Bondan Diah Ekowati, Wednesday (9/2). 

Ekowati acknowledged the complaints include absence, salary cut issues, and other frauds.

By doing so, hopefully, there would be no more individuals brave to do such frauds that disserve freelancers. 

"In future, I hope there would be no more individuals manipulating freelancers' salary. Even it's field supervisors, section heads, they will be fired if they are caught doing such thing," he asserted.
